All stationery is bespoke and made to order, designed specifically for your wedding. For this reason, returns and refunds are not accepted once an order has been approved and payment has been made.
Before production begins, you will receive a final digital proof for approval. This ensures you are completely happy with your design, wording and layout prior to printing. Approval confirms that all details are correct and allows your order to move into production.
In the unlikely event that your stationery arrives with a printing fault or production error, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
Due to the bespoke nature of wedding stationery, cancellations are not accepted once design work has begun.
Unlimited revisions are offered during the design stage. Once final approval has been given and payment made, no further changes can be made.
Please note that colours may vary slightly between digital proofs and printed stationery due to screen settings and print processes. This is a natural part of bespoke print design.
